Hey guys,
Here are my
thumbnails. I had a big struggle in the beginning structuring my ideas, I have only recently started doing thumbnails for my art so i still have
some difficulty with it.
Out of a
few thumbnails these two were my favorite ones and I pursued their ideas
further.
This first
one is of a boy (in a post-apocalyptic setting) who crosses this old trashy theatre. I was trying to explore the theme of nostalgia.
I enjoyed
the idea of vegetation overgrowing manmade structures so i made this piece.
This man (or woman… undecided yet) is exploring this abandoned church or
castle.
I liked the way this one turned out.

ReplyDeleteI have a tendency to prefer the theme of the second one; the value of the middle thumbnail attracts my eye better.
It feels like the two could go together, like, the second one could be the same character, inside the hall of that ruined theater, finding a small heaven of vegetation there :P Just a thought ;)
