For the life of me I can't figure out where to position the other people around the fire. I don't want them to seem like robots. The problem might even be that the fire isn't in a good place. I have no idea at this point. What do you suggest?
Noah put yourself in that situation and think what should people doing? one person may be sitting beside the fire, another standing beside, one is coming, another walking away, pulling something,... drinking, laying....idea is to give some activities around the fire, compose with the those figures for something interesting in term of silhouette, size and shape.
